Effective 15 September 2026. This policy describes how the Pitch 365: Match Tracker iOS application (“the app”, “we”) treats information on your device. The short version: the app does not collect, transmit or share any personal data.
Pitch 365: Match Tracker is a fictional football club management game published by Pitch 365. The app has no user accounts and no server-side component. Contact details are at the end of this policy.
None. The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs, and it does not make network requests. We do not receive any information about you or your device. The App Store privacy label for this app is “Data Not Collected”.
The following information is created by you while playing and is stored only inside the app’s private container on your device. It never leaves the device.
| Item | Purpose | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Season, squad, fixtures, finances, achievements | Running your career offline | App container (Application Support) |
| Journal entries and notes | Your season diary | App container |
| Photos (manager portrait, club crest, journal snaps) | Personalising your club and journal | App container, resized JPEG copies |
| Manager name and club selection | Displaying your profile in the game | App container |
| Preferences (music, sound effects, haptics) | Remembering your settings | UserDefaults |
Deleting a photo in the app deletes the stored copy. “Reset career” in Settings removes everything listed above. Deleting the app removes all of it.
The camera is used only when you choose to take a manager portrait, a crest photo or a matchday snap. The photo library is accessed through the system picker, which gives the app only the image you select; the app has no access to the rest of your library. Images are stored locally and are never uploaded or shared. You can decline both permissions and continue to play; the related features simply use default artwork.
We do not share data with third parties because we do not hold any. The app does not integrate third-party services, social networks or advertising networks. If Apple’s operating system processes information (for example App Store purchases or system-level diagnostics), that processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not by this one.
The app’s privacy manifest declares the use of UserDefaults (reason CA92.1, storing app preferences) and file timestamps (reason C617.1, managing files inside the app container). No tracking domains are declared and no data types are marked as collected.
The app is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, and contains no in-app purchases, advertising or external links to social content.
Because all information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us, you control it directly. You can view, change or delete it inside the app or by deleting the app. There is no data held by us that could be exported, corrected or erased on request.
Your data is protected by the iOS app sandbox and by the device security features you have enabled, such as passcode and encryption. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit to protect.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
